Dr. Bobbie Kumar
Dr. Kumar is a seasoned family physician with over 15 years of experience in preventive, post-acute, and urgent care, specializing in integrative, lifestyle, and obesity medicine, as well as medical aesthetics. As Chief Medical Officer of MOOV and site medical director for the Frisco and Farmers Branch locations, she leads innovative healthcare delivery and is also the Director for Clinical Transformation at Inflect Health, Vituity’s innovation arm. Dr. Kumar’s expertise includes hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and primary care, combining functional, lifestyle, and traditional medicine to help individuals achieve their health goals.
Motivated by a commitment to transformative healthcare, Dr. Kumar pioneers initiatives that prioritize patient-centered care, both locally in Texas and virtually across 16 other states. She co-founded HelloFam, an app enhancing health and wellness for multi-generational families, and continues to shape the future of health and wellness with dedication to excellence, one patient at a time.
Alaena Grable, FNP-C
Alaena Grable, FNP-C, is a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner at MOOV Health & Wellness in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, specializing in holistic and alternative medicine, aesthetics, and pain management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Alaena is board-certified and holds advanced certifications in Regenerative Medicine, Aesthetics and Advanced Injecting, Orthopedic Procedures, Sexual Wellness, and Ozone Therapy. Her expertise spans a wide range of treatments, from non-invasive aesthetic procedures to innovative pain management solutions. She is passionate about using integrative approaches to optimize patient wellness, blending natural and medical treatments for the best outcomes. Alaena’s focus on holistic care ensures her patients receive personalized attention that promotes both inner health and outer beauty. Outside of her practice, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family.
